Dr. Lis-Planells specializes in general neurosurgery, with special emphasis in the management of chronic pain, spine disorders and surgery of peripheral nerves. He has done extensive research in the neurosurgical management of pain and is a national and international lecturer in spine surgery.
Dr. Lis-Planells has been recognized as one of “America's Top Surgeons” in 2007 and 2008 by the Research Council of America.
