Last year we launched an online patient satisfaction survey.  If you were treated during a specific month, and provided your email address when registering you should have received our request to complete this brief survey.

Some results to share:

Health Survey

  • 92% of responses indicated they would refer their doctor to a friend or family member. 
  • 93% of responses indicated their nursing staff were extremely or very helpful.

Addressing concerns raised among 26% of the survey responders directed us to improve our scheduling time via phone.

Three features on our website were enhanced to improve your experience:  

  1. The first is an online appointment request system.
  2. The second is a prescription refill request and
  3. Third is a comment section on our website to help answer questions and expedite concerns.
