Christine Fontana is a certified nurse practitioner specializing in Neurosurgery. She also possesses extensive clinical experience in Critical Care as well as Family Medicine. Christine works with neurosurgeon Mark Goldberger, D.O. in the area of general neurosurgery with a particular focus on complex and reconstructive spine surgery, trauma and degenerative spine disease, and neurosurgery oncology. Christine is trained to perform comprehensive physical exams, to order and interpret diagnostic testing, to formulate patient diagnoses, and to create treatment plans including the management of pharmaceutical agents. She is also specially trained to be a first assistant to Mark Goldberger, D.O. in the operating room.
